Role Summary: TheBranchDirectoris responsible for the overall daily operations of theMain Club with primary concern for member safety, community collaborations, programs, and service delivery. TheBranchDirectoris responsible for recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and training of program staff; maintains accurate membership information in the areas of daily attendance, billing and collecting, and program tracking. TheBranchDirectoroversees facility and transportation management, ensuring facilities and vehicles are in good repair. TheBranchDirectoris responsible for ensuring that youth have the highest quality Club experience possible. Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintainingrelationships with key community stakeholders, working collaboratively with business leaders, school district leadership, and other non-profits to continue the tradition of excellence and the prominent reputation the Club has in Central Wyoming.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the Club is an emotionally and physically safe place for all youth, staff, volunteers, parents, and community partners
Provide leadership and support in all Club programs, events, and activities
Build high quality programs with a continuous quality improvement mindset
Interview, hire, train, and evaluate all program staff and bus drivers
Organize logistics of daily transportation needs across Natrona County
Be punctual with all administrative tasks including approving timesheets, submitting monthly reports, and ensuring the efficacy of member data
Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders and other community organizations
Assist in the marketing efforts of the daily Club operations
Qualifications
A four year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
A minimum of five years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth serving organization, planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people
A minimum of two years management experience in the nonprofit sector
Group leadership skills including an understand of group dynamics
Strong communications skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of computer software in necessary
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Class C drivers license or better
Ability to carry up to 20 lbs.
First Aid & CPR Certification or willingness to get certified
