## Description**Position:**Branch Director**Objectives and Key Responsibilities:**
The Branch Director is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Main Club with primary concern for member safety, community collaborations, programs, and service delivery. The Branch Director is responsible for recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and training of program staff; maintains accurate membership information in the areas of daily attendance, billing and collecting, and program tracking. The Branch Director oversees facility and transportation management, ensuring facilities and vehicles are in good repair. The Branch Director is responsible for ensuring that youth have the highest quality Club experience possible. Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key community stakeholders, working collaboratively with business leaders, school district leadership, and other non-profits to continue the tradition of excellence and the prominent reputation the Club has in Central Wyoming.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field or four years of applicable experience- Experience with youth required
- Innovation-driven problem-solving skills
- Ability to utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete deadlines while maintaining a balanced schedule
- Experience in personnel supervision, facilities management, and recruitment and retention of key personnel
- Group leadership skills
- Strong communication
- Demonstrated ability in working with youth, parents, and community leaders- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersThis is a full time, benefitted position.
