Our client, a high-growth publicly traded organization in the logistics industry, is seeking an Instructional Designer to support the development of systems-based training content tied to Oracle Fusion. This role will focus on building and editing digital learning deliverables, including e-learning modules, job aids, and presentation materials, while ensuring a polished, user-friendly learner experience. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone strong in authoring tools, visual content development, and fast-paced training production.

2–3 month contract with possibility of extension Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days in office weekly in South Charlotte area) PREFERRED. Remote flexibility offered for the right candidate Key Responsibilities
Develop 5 e-learning modules focused on Oracle Fusion and related financial system training Review, edit, and refine existing job aids to improve clarity, usability, and consistency Assist with creation and formatting of PowerPoint training decks to support systems training delivery Support video editing and integration of multimedia elements into learning materials as needed Ensure all training content follows established branding, formatting, and learner experience standards Translate system processes and workflows into clear, organized, easy-to-follow training materials Manage multiple deliverables and timelines in a fast-moving environment with strong attention to detail Qualifications
Experience developing digital learning content in an Instructional Design, E‑Learning Development, or similar training content role Hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise required Video editing experience required Preferred experience developing training content for Oracle Fusion or other enterprise systems Ability to create and edit systems-based training materials such as e‑learnings, job aids, and presentation decks Strong visual eye and ability to produce polished, professional training content Comfortable working within established templates, branding, and content standards Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Clear written communication skills and strong attention to detail
