Job Description
The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of Digital Communications Coordinator for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Reporting to the Director of Digital Communications, the Digital Communications Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the Division of Advancement’s event registration strategy and execution, with a primary focus on event registration planning, attendee experience design, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
Leads the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of the Division of Advancement’s event registration ecosystem, ensuring a consistent, audience-first approach across Advancement initiatives and recurring events.
Leads the analysis and application of event registration performance data to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across Advancement initiatives.
Provides oversight of registration platform operations and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the division.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or on track to complete one by May 2026
1+ years of communications experience, which may include web content management, writing, editing, digital marketing/analysis, email marketing, and/or graphic and/or website design
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
