early-career Email Marketing Specialist
to help bring campaigns to life, support newsletters, and grow into a future lifecycle or digital marketing pro.
What You'll Be Doing
Build, QA, and send email campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle messages
Help keep the email calendar organized and campaigns on track
Review campaign performance (opens, clicks, engagement) and spot trends
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing partners
Maintain and update email templates (drag-and-drop, no hardcore coding)
Support testing, optimization, and list growth initiatives
Learn best practices in email marketing, automation, and digital strategy
What We're Looking For
Has
1-3 years of experience
in email, digital marketing, or a related role
Loves details, deadlines, and seeing things go out right
Is curious about data but doesn't need to be an analytics expert
Enjoys collaborating with different teams
Wants to grow into a more strategic marketing role over time
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
