to help bring campaigns to life, support newsletters, and grow into a future lifecycle or digital marketing pro.
What You’ll Be Doing No boring busywork here — you’ll be hands‑on from day one:
Build, QA, and send email campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle messages
Help keep the email calendar organized and campaigns on track
Review campaign performance (opens, clicks, engagement) and spot trends
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing partners
Maintain and update email templates (drag-and-drop, no hardcore coding)
Support testing, optimization, and list growth initiatives
Learn best practices in email marketing, automation, and digital strategy
What We’re Looking For
Has 1–3 years of experience in email, digital marketing, or a related role
Loves details, deadlines, and seeing things go out right
Is curious about data but doesn’t need to be an analytics expert
Enjoys collaborating with different teams
Wants to grow into a more strategic marketing role over time
