Role Description Unified Infotech is looking for Business Analysts who are focused on brainstorming, gathering & documentation of requirements to create & run mission-critical applications. A passion for your field, Solid user experience, Software System Design, client service, is necessary. The candidate is expected to be strong with detailed requirement gathering while having good knowledge of the general web-based technologies & best practices. Your high-level responsibilities will include Owning the Project Requirements and ultimate success around specific assigned projects.

Desired Experience
5+ years of experience as a business analyst/solution designer for web/ mobile projects.
Strong analytical and product requirement management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
Strong interpersonal communication to communicate seamlessly with the clients
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group acting as a liaison between technology teams, support teams and business units.
Excellent documentation, verbal & written communication, and team collaboration skills.
Job Requirements Following skillsets & competencies are required for the relevant candidates.
Gather business requirements, analyze and translate business needs to document functional requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering meetings with business owners and subject matter experts
Review with stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements and achieve consensus on business need, usability, performance, and feasibility
Create, maintain and manage business descriptions of user needs like User Stories, supporting documents, diagrams, etc. as appropriate.
Conduct research of data, data sources, and destinations, report format preferences, and report delivery options as needed to include in the BRD/RRD.
Proficiency in basic Wireframing to support the user stories
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Confluence, JIRA, MS Excel/ Word/ PPT, Visio, etc.
Support the Manager with project planning and status reporting
Assists with the development and testing phases of projects as needed. Works with the stakeholders, project manager, delivery manager, development, and testing teams to ensure that the requirements/specs are adhered to in the development of the product.
Performs gap analysis and documents the same.
Responsible for functional validation of the modules/components of the product/application.
Detect and report bugs/defects found in all the tested modules during the BA review accordingly.
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Analyses functional requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve systems
