The Associate Paid Social Media Specialist supports the Paid Social Media Specialist to assist with the development, launch, optimizations and reporting of paid social media campaigns within and across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.) for various business lines and products, with a focus on driving business growth and return on ad spend. The candidate must be willing to work a hybrid-model in Providence, RI or Garden City, NY office locations.
What You Will Do
Perform day-to-day activities including, but not limited to assisting the Paid Social Media Specialist with campaign set-up, monitoring pacing and optimizing to goals and planned budget levels
Communicate key updates and other relevant information on campaign performance to internal teams; escalate issues when they arise
Expand knowledge of paid social media best practices, trends and industry developments and share learnings with cross functional teams
Assist with other areas of the digital marketing department as needed, such as trafficking marketing projects in platform
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR 6+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
1 year Paid Social Media experience preferred
1 year Technical/Digital Platforms and Tools experience
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Providence, RI or Garden City, NY (3 days in office)
