Position Overview The Graphic Designer / Video Content Specialist will be responsible for creating dynamic video and graphic content for social media, TV ads, website updates, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong video editing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Film, edit, and produce video content for social media, TV ads, website, and paid advertising campaigns. Design graphics and visuals for social channels, website updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Maintain and update website content on Shopify, including banners, landing pages, and product visuals. Collaborate with the marketing team, influencer/affiliate team, and external partners to repurpose content for multiple channels. Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and marketing strategy. Stay current on design, video, and social media trends to recommend innovative ideas. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong video editing and production skills (social-first mindset). Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, CapCut, or similar tools. Experience managing and updating content on Shopify and Amazon is strongly preferred. Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be willing to work in-office Monday–Friday at our Old Town Scottsdale office.
