What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries with a friendly, professional approach. Make outbound calls to potential customersdon't worry, we'll provide the leads! Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but haven't taken the plunge yet. Assist the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM (customer management system) in tip-top shape. Be a key part of our customer experience, making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued.

What We're Looking For

Someone with strong communication skillsyou can keep a convo flowing effortlessly. A friendly, confident voice that makes people want to keep talking. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (calls, emails, chatsyou got this!). Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required. Comfortable making outbound callswe'll train you on everything else.
