
Sales Representative

Job Description :
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Results-driven and highly motivated Sales Representative
- Products to deal: Steel products mainly imported goods to sell domestically *Steel Coils/Sheets (HR, CR, Coated, Prepainted, Plates, Stainless Steel, Pipe & Tubing, Shapes, Wire Rods, Electrical Steel, etc.)
- Market expansion: Identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products to achieve sales targets
- Sales Strategy: Monitor global & US steel market trends and price fluctuations to provide competitive quotes to domestic clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: From developing new customers/initial contact/negotiation/closing deals/payment completion/repeat order etc.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and service of imported materials from ports to client sites
- Collaborate with internal and external partners: HQ in Seoul, Steel suppliers in Korea & overseas
Qualification
Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree
Language Requirements : English (Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus, but not mandatory)
Qualified candidates must have:
- 35 years or more of experience in Sales & Trading, preferably in the steel field
- Frequent business trips: Willingness & ability to travel frequently
- Expertise in managing sales, customer accounts, and customer needs
- Dependable, responsible, and capable of problem?solving (customer and vendor disputes, claims, etc.)
- Strategic thinking develops strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Business acumen understands business implications of decisions; demonstrates knowledge of the market and competition
- Cost consciousness contributes to profits and revenue
- Strong work ethic and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
