Were hiring 2 BDRs ASAP due to growth, with a clear path to a closing role within ~12 months.


About the Role:

  • High-volume outbound (7080 calls/day)
  • Set meetings for Regional Sales Managers
  • Partner closely with sales leadership (1:1 support model)
  • Prospect new leads + re-engage dormant accounts
  • Focus on big box retail accounts
  • Hands-on training in product, market strategy, and sales process

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Driven, resilient, and coachable
  • Open to background; must want a long-term sales career


Comp:

  • $50K$55K base + $60K$80K OTE
