Position: Sales Admin
Locations: TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Legacy and Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano/Legacy
The Sales Administrator supports the Area Director of Sales in driving proactive sales efforts, managing administrative processes, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies across the Marriott portfolio. This role is critical in maintaining organization, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
Role includes:
- Monitoring booking pace, group pick-up, and production reports.
- Ensure accuracy in CRM systems and Marriott systems (e.g., CI/TY, MarRFP, MGS tools).
- Maintain brand compliance with Marriott sales standards and processes.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical sales files.
- Assist with contract processing, commission tracking, and account documentation.
- Support RFP responses and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate internal communications for client reviews with ADOS.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and experienced in hospitality sales operations.
