Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail

The Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Selling wireless products and services to customers
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and products
• Performing inventory management and merchandising tasks
• Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
