What You'll Do:
- Get to know our clients' goals and challenges and recommend tailored electrical solutions that align with their needs.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently by phone and email-providing quotes, pricing, and product information with accuracy and speed.
- Manage the entire order process from entry to billing to fulfillment including customer and vendor orders, backorders, and stock transfers.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by ensuring a high level of service and support to encourage ongoing business.
- Partner with the team to create and execute strategies that meet or exceed sales goals by finding win-win outcomes for everyone involved.
- Collaborate across departments, especially logistics, to streamline the sales process and guarantee smooth order handling and delivery.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends so you can better understand and serve our customers' evolving needs.
- Take part in hands-on training to expand your knowledge of electrical products and applications and add value to the end user and strengthening your expertise.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical sales or relevant product knowledge.
- A service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Comfort with numbers and the ability to perform basic calculations.
- Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Proficiency with computers and typing; you're comfortable navigating digital tools and systems.
- Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to explain things effectively.
- Strong listening ability and verbal comprehension, whether over the phone, in-person, or on a video call.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications are a plus.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a MVR, background check and drug screening.
- Availability required Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items up to 25 lbs (such as product samples or small packages).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and handling documents or product materials.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard, mouse, and related technology for prolonged periods.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials and view information on a computer screen (close vision).
- Occasional walking, bending, or reaching within an office or warehouse environment.
