Responsibilities:

• Work within our service area to grow our existing customer base
• Maintain positive customer relations
• Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems
• Work as a team with the inside and outside staff
• Sell the value of our lawn care services and provide effective solutions

Outside Sales Representative Benefits:

We offer an above industry average base salary with uncapped commission.

$36k base salary plus commission - Avg. cumulative earnings of $55k-$80k

Outside Sales Representatives - Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Driver's license and reliable means of transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check
• Optimistic, positive attitude with willingness to be coached

Salary: $39,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
