Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales.; Greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, and inform guests of promotions, events, and services; Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events delivery on prestige and iconic brand sales goals; Maintain prompt, regular attendance and collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
