What You'll Do

• Match customers with the right Subaru for their lifestyle
• Deliver professional, confident vehicle presentations (new & pre-owned)
• Build long-term relationships through trust and follow-up
• Become a Subaru product expert features, tech, and capabilities
• Work closely with management to hit personal and team goals
• Bring positive energy, professionalism, and pride to the floor every day

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive sales experience (Subaru experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills with a customer-first mindset
• Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
