What You'll Do
Match customers with the right Subaru for their lifestyle
Deliver professional, confident vehicle presentations (new & pre-owned)
Build long-term relationships through trust and follow-up
Become a Subaru product expert features, tech, and capabilities
Work closely with management to hit personal and team goals
Bring positive energy, professionalism, and pride to the floor every day
What We're Looking For
Proven automotive sales experience (Subaru experience is a plus)
Strong communication and closing skills with a customer-first mindset
Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
