Commercial Window Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Spider & Pest Treatment
Exterior Building Maintenance
Industrial Rope Access Services (lighting access, signage installation, faade inspection, banner hanging, etc.)
Your mission is simple:
???? Build relationships with property managers and decision makers
???? Identify opportunities
???? Create professional proposals
???? Close profitable service agreements
Youll start by developing the Madison and Milwaukee markets, with opportunities to expand into Minneapolis/St. Paul and North Chicago as the territory grows.
???? Compensation
$3,000/month base
8% commission up to $300K revenue
10% commission above $300K
2% residual income after year one
Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance

$25K+ monthly revenue closed
Strong pipeline of proposals
Long-term commercial client relationships
Profitable projects (20%+ margin)
? Mid-level B2B sales experience
? Comfortable prospecting and cold outreach
? Strong relationship builder
? Self-driven and goal oriented
