Before You Dive In (This Role Isnt for Everyone)
This is a true outside sales, hunter-style role.
Youll be expected to:
- Prospect consistently (cold calls, drop-ins, networking)
- Navigate sales cycles that can run 36 months
- Push through frequent nos with persistence and discipline
- Build your book from scratch (no inherited accounts)
Early on, commissions take timeyou may not see meaningful earnings in the first 612+ months.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is a build-your-own-book role.
- Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach and field activity
- Identify and win new accounts in warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution
- Sell a wide range of solutions (packaging, pallets, equipment, custom design)
- Stay persistent through long sales cycles and multiple touchpoints
- Work directly with leadership on pricing, sourcing, and strategy
- Transition won accounts into long-term, recurring revenue relationships
What Success Looks Like
- You are consistently building pipeline, even when deals take time to close
- You dont get discouraged by slow cycles, you lean into them
- You create long-term accounts, not one-off transactions
- You take ownership of your territory and treat it like a business
Who You Are
Youre likely a fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of outside sales or cold calling experience
- Have built a pipeline from scratch (not just managed existing accounts)
- Are comfortable hearing no daily without losing momentum
- Want to earn your book of business, not inherit one
- Prefer autonomy over structure and accountability over hand-holding
- Are early in your career or still have something to prove
Bonus (not required):
- Packaging, logistics, or industrial sales experience
- Existing relationships in warehousing or manufacturing
- Bi-lingual in spanish is a plus

Requirements
- Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
- Willingness to be in the office 2 days per week (Aliso Viejo)
- Willingness to be in the field 3 days per week
- Ability to travel overnight up to ~10%
*The base salary range for this role is $70,000 $100,000 per year, plus commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and performance. This range complies with applicable pay transparency laws.
