The Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design custom bath solutions using our iPad-based system, and close sales. This is a high-impact outside sales role with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad sales system
• Design customized bath solutions for clients
• Provide pricing and close sales consistently
• Participate in weekly sales training

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• In-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confident presenter with a professional approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Compensation:

• Commission-based with unlimited earning potential
• Typical earnings: $100,000 - $320,000/year
• Flexible structure: 1099 or W-2 options available
