Position Summary

Wilson Trailer is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our trailer sales team. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing customers in your assigned territory. You will guide the customer through the trailer purchasing process from initial contact to delivery and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate the sale of new and used trailers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Grow market share in assigned territory
• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking and events
• Create an exceptional customer experience
• Have ability to evaluate trade values within company policies
• Stay knowledgeable on product changes, specifications and pricing
• Work well with Service, Parts and all branch team members

Qualifications/Requirements:

• An ag background is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree & Prior sales experience preferred!
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
