Job Description

* To greet and assist prospects through the full leasing process

* To conduct tours and confidently close leases

* To complete applications, leasing files, and move?in paperwork

* To deliver excellent customer service and follow Fair Housing guidelines

* To support office operations as needed

Location: Pittsburg, CA

Pay: $23/hr

Type: Contract role

Required Skills

* Property management industry experience

* Strong closing & sales ability

* Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

* Experience with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, Onesite, etc.)

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

* Experience in fast?paced communities

* Bilingual skills a plus
