O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist in merchandise selection; Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed; Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer the Low-Price Guarantee; Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash and/or checks, and process credit card transactions; Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
