About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Bath Wise, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative solutions that match their vision. This outside sales position uses advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously strengthen your skills.
• Utilize our software to create personalized bath designs.
• Provide accurate pricing information and consistently close sales.

Qualifications & Skills

• 25 years of sales experience; home sales experience highly preferred.
• Background in the home remodeling industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and local residency required.
• Confident in public speaking and delivering professional presentations.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Thrives in fast-paced sales environments.
• Outgoing, personable, and professional in social settings.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your earnings are determined by performance and experience. This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible schedule and motivated by high earning potential.
