We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager/Sales Support to coordinate and manage the processing of life insurance and life settlement cases from submission through completion. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth case progression by working collaboratively with multiple internal departments, external partners, medical facilities, and insurance carriers.

The Case Manager is responsible for driving each case through the pipeline efficiently while collecting required documentation, managing information flow, and maintaining compliance standards. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the case processing workflow from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Review and verify case documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with medical facilities to obtain and compile medical records for underwriting.
  • Gather and analyze life insurance policy information and related materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier requirements, medical facility procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, privacy standards, and legal requirements related to personal health information (PHI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Underwriting, and Operations to resolve issues and maintain momentum in the case pipeline.
  • Achieve defined performance metrics related to communication, accuracy, and productivity.
