O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise; Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed; Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls and looking up parts and quote prices; Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures; Responsible for maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting payments, and processing credit card transactions
