Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the stores goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales, with a focus on prestige category; Greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, recommend complementary products and inform guests of promotions and services; Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events; Maintain prompt, regular attendance and collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
