At Orangetheory Fitness, we're not just a gym-we're a movement that's changing lives every day. We're looking for a Sales Manager who is motivated, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

* $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)

* Annual Pay: $40,000-$44,000

* Commissions: Up to $3,500/year

* Paid Vacation: 1 week per year

What You'll Do:

* Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales

* Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients

* Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours

* Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership

* Motivate and Inspire: You'll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

What We're Looking For:

* Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)

* Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)

* Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Required Availability:

* Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts

* Hours will not exceed 40 hours per week (no overtime)

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* Experience in sales and customer service (preferred)
