CareTeam is recruiting for the most trusted name in plumbing, PVF, and HVAC supply in Western New York for over 120 years family-owned, deeply stocked, and known for doing right by our customers. Now we're building the Central Market, with a home base in Rochester, and we're looking for one person to lead it.

This Isn't a Corporate Gig

You won't be handed a territory and told to maintain it. You'll be building from scratch which means real ownership, real upside, and a direct line to leadership. We're not a place where good ideas get buried. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it.

Do this right, and the goal is for you to be leading a team of reps across the Central Market.

The Role

• Rochester to Syracuse corridor plumbing contractors, HVAC/mechanical, commercial and industrial accounts
• Full product line: 20,000+ items backed by the world's leading PHCP and PVF manufacturers
• First 90 days: 4-6 office visits a day, 75-150+ calls a week to build the pipeline
• Once ramped: 4 appointments/day, 3 customer meals/week, 2 formal dinners/month
• $25,000 annual entertainment budget use it

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $100,000$120,000 depending on experience
• Full comp guaranteed for your first 6 months base + commission, no risk while you build
• After 6 months: 12% commission on profit dollars above your threshold uncapped upside
• Quarterly stretch goal bonus: additional 3% commission when you exceed 7.5% profit growth

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years in outside sales plumbing, HVAC, PVF, or wholesale distribution
• Existing relationships with contractors or commercial accounts in the Rochester market
• Based in Rochester close enough to our Buffalo HQ for training and logistics
• A builder, not a maintainer you want to grow something, not inherit something
• Growth mindset, competitive drive, long-term thinking
