Preferred candidates will possess the following: Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. 14 years of customer service or related experience. Experience with ERP systems and order management required. Manufacturing or industrial/technical background preferred. Blueprint reading required.
