Service Writer

Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests, ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians. Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance. Coordinate service schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize customer wait times. Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with service technicians to monitor repair progress and update customers accordingly. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Basic understanding of automotive technology and repair processes. Proficiency in computer systems and service management software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required. Benefits
