Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant - Sales, you will be part of the Operations support team, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Cabot, PA Pay Range: $18.35/hr Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. What's the Job? Greet, register, and assist visitors to ensure a welcoming environment. Assist Team Leaders in developing, maintaining, and communicating administrative policies and procedures. Manage inventory, control stock levels, and assist with supply stocking. Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and shipments to the shipping department. Communicate with vendors and customers via email, ensuring clear and professional correspondence. What's Needed? Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed. Experience with inventory management and administrative support tasks.
