Job Opportunity: Print Operations-I- 2nd Shift
Under direct supervision, this role involves setting up and operating machines and completing tasks across three main departments: Shipping, Black & White Production, and Color Production. Duties must be performed according to established procedures while maintaining a positive, organized, and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities
Shipping Department
Process sales literature orders (pulling, packaging, shipping via UPS or LTL). Post orders in SAP upon completion. File sales literature order paperwork. Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments. Stock incoming products based on guidelines. Assist with inventory cycle counts. Box and label completed orders per specifications. Accurately complete all paperwork for manufacturing shipments. Operate a forklift to: Unload trucks. Put away inventory. Move finished goods from assembly lines to designated locations. Black & White Production
Submit and release orders to the correct print queue. Load consumables, clear jams, and unload presses. Operate binding equipment safely, including: Cutter Folder Shrink Wrapper Coil Binder Complete kitting orders accurately. Verify product identification and quality. Complete production paperwork per established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Lift up to 60 lbs repetitively. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Color Production
Similar responsibilities as Black & White Production: Order submission, press operation, binding equipment use. Quality control, kitting, and paperwork. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs. Complete other assigned tasks as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations. Forklift certification may be required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be needed. Able to operate powered equipment (e.g., forklift, hydraulic jack lift). Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
