Senior Military Intelligence Analyst

Chitra, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Military Intelligence Analyst to support the U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2), Operational Environment (OE) Integration Directorate at Fort Eustis, VA. About the Role In this senior-level role, you will provide high-quality intelligence analysis supporting Army and Joint transformation, modernization, and experimentation. You will collaborate across the Intelligence Community, Joint Staff, government agencies, industry, and academia to develop and integrate realistic operational environment and threat representations used for leader development, training, wargaming, and concept development. Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior military intelligence analyst supporting threat-driven Army modernization efforts Conduct open-source and classified research; develop and maintain data repositories Develop and deliver operational environment and threat narratives for Army leader development and training Coordinate with Intelligence Community and partner organizations to ensure accurate OE and threat integration Support panels, working groups, IPTs, VTCs, workshops, seminars, wargames, and experiments Provide rapid-response intelligence support to operational, technical, and programmatic taskings Provide general, military, scientific, and technical intelligence expertise to T2COM G-2 leadership Required Qualifications Former military intelligence professional with 10+ years of experience Experience with diverse operational and intelligence assignments Demonstrated experience authoring intelligence assessments or military research Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (required) Ability to work on-site at Fort Eustis, VA Preferred Qualifications Joint, International, or Multi-Agency experience Experience at Division, Corps, or ASCC level Graduate degree in a related security field Senior Service College graduate (desired) Familiarity with data skills and basic AI / LLM usage Additional Details Location: Fort Eustis, Virginia (on-site) Travel: Up to 10% CONUS/OCONUS Employment Type: Full-time Why Join Chitra, LLC?
