Product Strategy Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a Product Strategy Manager to lead new product development, go‑to‑market strategy, and portfolio growth. This role owns the full product lifecycle and works cross‑functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Salary $100,000 - $120,000
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday
• Location: Clearwater, FL

Responsibilities:

• Build product roadmaps and translate customer and market insights into new products
• Lead pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy for new launches
• Partner with Engineering on product requirements and execution
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and distribution channels
• Support product integrations, launches, and ongoing performance optimization

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or marketing strongly preferred
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or consumer products
