Location: Warwick, RI (preferred) or Vernon Hills, IL Duration: 6+ Months | Shift: 1st Shift On-site Location: Warwick, RI (Primary) or Vernon Hills, IL Summary Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with graphic design and labeling experience in a regulated industry (medical device/pharma preferred). Key Responsibilities Create and update product labeling (labels, cartons, inserts, leaflets). Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and company standards. Work with cross-functional teams to develop accurate label designs. Use Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign) and labeling software. Manage document updates, redlines, and multiple deadlines. Support packaging prototypes, R&D builds, and quality systems (QMS/EMS). Qualifications Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related (or equivalent experience). 1+ year in a regulated industry (medical device/pharma preferred).
