What You'll Be Doing Proactively sourcing and engaging passive, high-performing candidates through direct outreach and calling into the market Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, understanding goals, motivations, and business challenges Managing the full recruiting lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation, and placement Building long-term partnerships, not transactions Guiding decisions and driving successful outcomes from the first conversation to the signed offer
