
Acquisition Associate Needed for Real Estate Investment Company

About the Role
The Senior Acquisitions Associate will provide strategic and analytical support to the Acquisitions team, with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing and highly visible business unit within a successful PE platform.
Key Responsibilities Source and screen prospective acquisition markets and assets based on firm investment criteria Develop financial models and perform detailed analysis of acquisition targets, including historical financial statement analysis and cash flow projections Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda for the investment committee Support due diligence, closing processes, and ongoing asset management activities including repositioning, refinancing, and disposition Perform market research and participate in investor correspondence
Qualifications BS in real estate, finance, or accounting Relevant experience as a financial analyst at a real estate investment firm, investment bank, or similar environment Strong financial modeling and Excel skills Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
