About the Role
Bravo Property Trust is seeking an Analyst to join its Credit team. The Credit team oversees originations and asset management across Bravo Property Trust’s investment vehicles, targeting debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity originations, secured by acquisitions and refinancing of development, transitional, and stabilized properties. To date, Bravo Property Trust and its affiliates have closed loans totaling $1.2 billion. Bravo Property Trust provides bridge loans for HUD financing, which are then refinanced through our sister company, Bravo Capital, a licensed HUD lender. Key Responsibilities
Build detailed financial models and underwrite real estate credit opportunities across debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity investments Prepare investment committee memoranda detailing investment rationale, execution risks, and prospective returns Assist with the execution of new investments in Bravo Property Trust’s credit vehicles (bidding, due diligence, and closing) Conduct thorough transaction due diligence, including engagement with third-party service providers, legal counsel, and market consultants, alongside independent market and submarket analysis Oversee ongoing loan portfolio management, including systematic performance monitoring, covenant surveillance, and risk reporting Execute asset-level business plans encompassing capital structure optimization, financing activities, disposition strategy, and continuous portfolio surveillance Additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, advisory, real estate private equity, or real estate finance. Internship experience with a private equity firm, investment bank, or bank preferred. Strong work ethic and a passion for real estate Outstanding quantitative and financial modeling skills Excellent time management and communication abilities Possesses intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously expand the knowledge base Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams
