Job Description Our Client in Cherry Hill is seeking a
Bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative
to support their office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity paying $21/hr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Duties would include but are not limited to: Answer incoming calls and service requests Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Engage in problem-solving and provide appropriate solutions Manage and respond to inquiries using the CRM of record (Salesforce) Ensure quality service to both internal staff and external customers Clarify inquiries by researching, locating, and delivering accurate information Maintain contact center and back-office registration data with accurate data entry Support functional tasks within CRM systems Perform clerical functions including file management and paper handling Maintain databases and complete quality control reports in Personify and Salesforce Work with the Database Administrator to resolve errors from Boomi reports Utilize Doubleknot for property reservations Requirements Bilingual in Spanish (required) Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred Experience working with Personify preferred Experience using Doubleknot for property reservations preferred Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Clerical and data entry experience
