Job Title: Technical Trainer
Location: Albuquerque, NM (onsite)
Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in: • Computer Science • Information Systems • Software Engineering • Data Science • Management Information Systems (MIS) or related technical discipline.
Technical Skills Strong foundational understanding of: • SQL and relational databases • JavaScript fundamentals • APIs and JSON structures • Web application architecture • Data workflows and integrations
Training & Communication Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to explain technical concepts to early-career engineers and analysts. • Experience creating training materials, technical documentation, or instructional content. • Ability to facilitate interactive learning sessions and workshops.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills • Ability to translate business requirements into system logic. • Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities. • Ability to guide trainees through problem resolution and system analysis.
Preferred Experience • Experience delivering technical training or mentoring junior developers. • Experience working with workflow platforms or low-code platforms. • Exposure to implementation projects involving APIs, integrations, or automation. • Experience supporting early-career technical training programs or academies.
