$22.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) Work Style:

Bilingual Intake Specialist
to be the welcoming first touchpoint for our growing Personal Injury team. Our office offers a relaxed atmosphere with a direct view of the ocean—and the sand is just a two-minute walk away!
The Role: Impact & Connection Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will bridge the gap between prospective clients and our legal team. You aren't just answering phones; you are advocate-building and ensuring our clients start their journey with confidence. Client Advocacy:
Field calls from prospective clients with deep empathy and professionalism. The "Close":
Coordinate the sign-up process, including drafting retainers and following up via phone, text, and email to ensure potential clients choose our firm. Case Launch:
Open new cases in our management system and ensure a seamless transition to the legal team after signing. Pipeline Management:
Manage "refer-in" and "refer-out" cases while maintaining detailed, accurate records. Process Improvement:
Stay proactive—identify areas where our intake workflow can be faster, smoother, or more effective.
What You Bring to the Team Language Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Experience:
1–2 years of
Customer Service
experience is required. (1–2 years of Intake experience at a law firm is preferred but not required). Mindset:
A strong "sales spirit" combined with a genuine ability to demonstrate empathy over the phone. Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills, and the discretion needed to handle confidential information. Location:
Ability to commute to our Manhattan Beach office for in-person work.
