Recruiting Simple is looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is a fully remote, full-time role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments

Handle emails, messages, and follow-ups professionally

Assist with document preparation and basic reporting

Coordinate meetings and maintain organised records

Support daily administrative and personal tasks as required

Ensure deadlines and priorities are managed effectively

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with email, calendars, and basic office tools

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

High attention to detail, reliability, and discretion
