Job Summary The Marketing and Sales Operations Intern supports both marketing and sales teams by assisting with campaign execution, content creation, and sales process management. This role involves maintaining CRM systems, analyzing performance data, and generating reports to track key metrics and identify trends. The intern contributes to lead generation efforts, supports email and social media campaigns, and helps optimize marketing and sales workflows. Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks

Assist in maintaining and updating CRM system

Assist in documenting and optimizing sales processes and workflows

Prepare sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, web)

Track and report on campaign performance

Assist in content creation for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook

Analyze metrics (click-through rates, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements

Recommend updates to website content to improve SEO

Help design and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions)

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages

Assist in creating videos or reels for social media

Brainstorm new campaign ideas and creative concepts

Support development of marketing strategies based on marketing research insights

Other Duties

Help coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas

Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, or product teams

Education and Experience

Pursuing a marketing or sales degree

Experience with NetSuite CRM a plus

Understanding of social media platforms in a business setting
