This role ensures timely payment of outstanding SSDI invoices by proactively contacting SSA Payment Centers, maintaining detailed collection notes, and responding promptly to inquiries from SSA representatives, claimants, and customers. The position requires strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
