to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all closing documentation to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan fundings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of mortgage closing processes, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review closing disclosures (CDs) and closing packages for accuracy and compliance Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, and internal teams to schedule closings Ensure all loan conditions are satisfied prior to funding Verify final figures, fees, and disbursements align with loan terms and regulatory guidelines Manage funding requests and confirm proper execution of closing documents Resolve discrepancies and communicate proactively with all parties involved Maintain compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines Track pipeline to ensure closings meet deadlines and service-level expectations Qualifications 2+ years of mortgage closing or post-closing experience Strong knowledge of TRID, closing disclosures, and loan documentation Experience working with LOS systems (e.g., Encompass or similar) High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and/or non-QM loans Familiarity with investor guidelines and funding processes Previous experience in a high-volume lending environment
