Job Responsibilities
Provides day‑to‑day logistical and operational support for Marketing events, including assisting with pre‑event preparation, materials coordination, and post‑event activities.
Work with fulfillment vendor to organize and maintain event supplies inventory, with direction from event leads. Assist with vendor and internal communications related to assigned event tasks.
Provide limited on‑site support for select events, as needed.
Support post‑event activities with a focus on event outcomes and learnings.
Complete expense tracking and reports.
Assist with updating and maintaining team knowledge‑base materials, process documentation, and shared files.
Support general team logistics and special projects as assigned to help the Events team operate efficiently and consistently.
Complete defined, assigned tasks that support event execution; this role does not own end‑to‑end event planning or strategy.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Comfort using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint to manage documentation and complete assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in events, marketing, administrative support, or a related environment.
Exposure to marketing events, corporate events, or event operations through internships, part‑time roles, academic projects, or volunteer experience.
Familiarity with event registration platforms, CRM systems, or basic event technology tools
Experience supporting logistics, coordination, or administrative tasks in a fast‑paced team environment.
