About the opportunity The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director, Food & Beverage to join the team, responsible for overseeing the administration of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Skills and Experience
Proven experience in food and beverage administration, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage administration
