
Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support investment and asset management initiatives. This role will play a key part in evaluating acquisitions, building financial models, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modeling
Build and maintain complex financial models (Excel) for acquisitions, developments, and asset management Perform cash flow analysis, IRR/NPV calculations, and sensitivity analyses Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior leadership Acquisitions & Underwriting
Analyze potential real estate investments including multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use assets Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and due diligence Assist in the preparation of investment memos and deal presentations Asset Management Support
Monitor property performance, budgets, and forecasts Analyze variances and provide recommendations to improve asset value Support business plan execution and ongoing portfolio strategy Market Research & Reporting
Track market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and operations teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field 1–4+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, or finance Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling required) Understanding of real estate metrics (IRR, NPV, cap rates, cash-on-cash returns) Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
